• You are ALWAYS going to need your team.
• You never never ever want to do that to yourself!
• The people you are going to mentor need to realize and know that you can not ever allow yourself to look like you are the only person there.
• You must show an ACTIVE TEAM.

Yes, I can answer many of the questions, but that is not the process. That's Not the way we do things. Instead, I say," OK, let me get Sarah on the phone." Because I don't have to do it myself. I've got other people to help me. Even though perhaps I actually could have handled it myself, I don't have to and you don't have to, and more importantly, you shouldn't want to. What it is that you want to show is, "this is how we do it, let me get Sarah on the phone". Hey, I don't have to know all the answers and now he's thinking he doesn't have to know all the answers. That's very powerful for your prospect to see you do. So we really emphasize and encourage that you to get to know one another and to be able to work with each other because that's more strings in your net of support. Now when you go on vacation you want to be assured that your team member that you brought in absolutely knows that they have the team, the support, and the hand-holding that they're going to need in order to grow their business in your absence. The worst thing you can do is know everything. You never want to do that! Not to yourself and not to your team. Don't get to the point where you're telling everything. If you do then that person is looking at you and saying, "I can't do that." Even when you have the answer you should still reach out and go to somebody else. That's the whole point of how this System is designed to work.
